Ashley PENTZ.
Hi there, thanks for stopping by, it’s nice to meet you! I grew up in the Inland Empire in the beautiful sunny state of California. I lived in Rancho Cucamonga for 27 years and then moved to Texas for a year to only came back to California. I quickly realized that Southern California is my home and bought a house with my boyfriend in Lake Elsinore.
I enjoy waking up watching the sunrise from my deck that over looks the lake with a cup of coffee with my boyfriend & 2 huskies. In my free time I enjoy hiking with my dogs, going to the beach, and grabbing lunch with my friends/family.
I’ve worked in the customer service & animal industry for over 9 years. Besides having a love for animals, I have always had a passion for Real Estate. I’d find myself always searching and looking at different properties in my free time so I decided to become licensed. My Real Estate transactions so far have been with law enforcement, military, and first time home buyers. I worked with my close family first and then joined forces with Sage & Danielle. We all collectively thought it would be amazing to put our goals and passions together to help our community with our real estate passions. We’ve made a brand together and it’s stronger than ever. I’m glad I am part of this amazing team, The Home Girls!
Danielle SOLA. Hello there! It's a pleasure to meet you. I am home grown in beautiful Southern California, currently living in Corona.I have been managing a family-owned construction business for the past four years. My real passion has always been real estate, So, I let my entrepreneurial side free and started working with an amazing team- The Home Girls.
On my downtime I head over to the beach and soak up that Cali sun. I am also a foodie and I LOVE to travel. One of my favorite places to go is Hawaii. If you need a travel guide, I am your girl. When I'm relaxing at home, I love to play video games and watch movies.
Sage WOOD. The first half of my life I was raised in Seminole, Florida (near Tampa Bay). I moved to Corona, CA my sophomore year of high school but still consider myself to be a Californian because now that I am here I don't want to leave ever! I love watching the surfers at San Onofre, hiking the Sierras and doing weekend trips to Havasu & Las Vegas from time to time. I am married to my after-high-school sweet heart and have a son that was born in February 2022!
The majority of my business is as the buyers agent for First Time Home Buyers' and listing agent. I gravitate to first time home buyer's because it is an opportunity to curate an experience full of growth, excitement and accomplishment. Listing homes for sale is fun because there is just so much to deliver! Making the home picture perfect and playing match maker, negotiating terms, opening and closing escrow. All resulting in a nice big check in our clients pocket, talk about job satisfaction! Im thankful to love what I do.
